El Paso Water CIP Communications Augmentation

During an unprecedented expansion of its water, wastewater, and stormwater capital improvement program, El Paso Water turned to Consor to augment its in-house construction communication team. Our team provided immediate value by serving as a crucial link between construction project managers and the communications team. By attending regular meetings with contractors and El Paso Water project managers, Consor seamlessly integrated into their established workflow.

Our primary responsibility was developing and executing public outreach plans for dozens of high-impact construction projects throughout El Paso. We devised an outreach strategy for each project and oversaw its implementation. To effectively communicate with the public, we offered graphic, photo, and video production support. We also organized and facilitated public meetings and open houses at key construction milestones. In addition to creating e-newsletter, social media, and bilingual door-to-door notification materials, our team was responsible for on-the-ground dissemination of outreach materials to impacted neighborhoods.
