Water is a cornerstone of human civilization—a determining factor for where cities are located, and how infrastructure is shaped. Consor has long worked on water resources projects where natural and built environments meet, from roadway drainage to water treatment. But with the recent addition of David Johnson as our Water Resources National Business Development Manager, we’re approaching water resources on a holistic, system-wide scale.

Having spent half his career working for public agencies and half for consulting firms, David understands that supporting client partners goes beyond providing engineering solutions—it often requires connecting with decision-makers to advocate for policy and legislative changes that open pathways and possibilities for clients.
