Bend Empire Avenue Corridor Improvements
City of Bend, OR
Consor leads public engagement and communications for the multi-year Empire Corridor transportation project. The improvement project eases traffic congestion and improves safety with new roundabouts, bridges, and the extension of this key east-west atrial in northeast Bend. Outreach programs range from citywide radio/TV and newspaper coverage, to public meetings and door-to-door contacts in the project area.
